Liked Spacious and clean room with a very comfortable bed. The staff were always extremely helpful. We asked for the laundry service a couple of times and it worked impeccably. We spent ten days at 12 Stones and had a very pleasant stay.

Liked Brilliant accommodation in the heart of Indiranagar. The standout feature is the exceptionally large and spacious rooms, which are significantly bigger than most competing properties in the area. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable and premium stay experience. The location is another major advantage, with easy access to a wide range of amenities and many of Indiranagar’s most popular restaurants, cafés, and shops all within walking distance. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfortable and well-kept stay in Indiranagar.

Disliked They lock all doors at night so you cannot get in to the hotel without calling to wake someone up after waiting 10min. This was a major problem for me since my phone was out of battery so i had to walk and charge it. Also you are locked in to the hotel at night, meaning you cannot leave to go outside as you please. The fact they they lock all doors is not written anywhere or communicated to the guests before arrival. This is very strange and idiotic as it risks people being locked out all night in the streets

Liked Only the location is good. Rest is poor.
Disliked Almost everything. The washrooms were in horrible condition, with no place to hang clothes, pipe broken under the wash basin and the wash basin lower to give you a back pain. The rooms hardly had a natural light and it felt suffocating.
