Bengaluru Hotels & Apartments is a website listing hotels and apartments in Bengaluru with their guest scores, stars, prices and facilities. We do not take bookings ourselves. This policy covers this website only.
When you browse
You can use the whole site without an account and without telling us who you are. As with any website, our servers receive technical details with each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page asked for, and use them to deliver the page, keep the site secure and fix faults.
When you write to us
The contact and concierge forms send us your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message, along with the page language and your IP address. We store the message and pass it to our team by email and through our internal messaging tool, so someone can answer you. We use these details only to reply and to follow up on your request.
Cookies
The site has no accounts or sign-in and sets no cookies of its own to work.
Links to booking sites
The “Check dates & prices” buttons take you to our booking partner’s site. The link carries our partner code, so the partner can see that you came from this site. Anything you enter there, such as dates, names or payment details, goes to that site, not to us, and is covered by its own privacy policy.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your details. Apart from the services named on this page, we do not pass them to anyone unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to answer you and to handle follow-up questions. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
