Disliked Staff wasn't fully prepared of our arrival and we weren't informed about formalities that needed to done on arrival like filing forms.. These things should be informed to people prior to arrival and not on arrival because people will come tired and been asked to wait or fill forms at that stage uninformed is not fair..

Liked Location was perfect. Easy access to a lot of pubs. As it was a residential area, it felt safer. It was also easy to get cabs. Facilities were also clean and in good condition.
