Liked Great location, excellent food, very clean rooms, excellent service. Very accommodating and friendly staff.
Disliked One of the double rooms is very small however upon request they staff moved us to new room. The rooms could use better noise isolation as there is lot of noise at night. But over all I would highly recommend

Liked Location is good. Also the rooms were clean and cosy. Staff friendly. breakfast was good.

Scored 8.0 out of 10 We stayed for two nights, stay was comfortable. Breakfast was complementary, but was fixed combo.
Liked Location was good, very close to Gandhi Bazar, Room was small but kept very clean & smelling good. We did early check in around 7 am, and room was provided without any delay. Value for money stay. Bull Temple/ Anjaneya Temple were very close (Walkable distance).
Disliked All good, staff seems to be very new, require training on how to manage customer requests, however what ever asked for was provided. Valet Parking available. Staff helped to put our baggage (many suitcases) in to the Taxi as we were heading to airport.

Liked Really well-located hotel with excellent staff. The place has a positive vibe. The restaurant downstairs is excellent.
Disliked The rooms are loud because they are located close to the restaurant, and people are loud! There is a banquet hall on the third floor, so the second-floor rooms get really, really noisy if there is something going on there. This is not the best choice if you are sensitive for light and sound.

Liked Place was amazing and the staff were very accommodating. They got us what ever we needed even if that meant going outside to buy us stuff. The check out was smooth.
Disliked The shower wasn't hot. It was still a good amount of heat but would've preferred hotter.
