Liked It was just an hour ride by car from City. I visited during the Diwali weekend, so not much crowd and it was very peaceful. Special mention to the food - it was delicious. The staff were courteous and catered to most of our requests. Would have given a 10/10 if not for the expensive stay.
Disliked Not many activities to do. A bit on the expensive side.

Liked The space is too green, and perfectly maintained. The staff is there to help you with everything and also agrees to some special requests. The food is also good.
Disliked The price is a bit much, otherwise its a grt place to enjoy.

Liked Heritage room was really beautiful done in traditional Kerala style.
Disliked Restaurant interior is a bit outdated, will be good if it was upgraded. Seats give a feeling of an old bar.

Liked Very clean and comfortable. Highlight was the bathroom for us. The room was spacious and they offered us a complimentary wine as well. Shyam and Arvind assisted us pretty well.
Disliked Only three things- 1) the extra bedding for a room of 2 is compromising the aesthetics 2) the power fluctuations or the power went multiple times. 3)AC and Fan are way far away from the bed.

Disliked On our walk from our apartment to the Ranch, there was no light which kind of got scary. We are informed that street will be lit in a few days.

Liked Staff was very accommodating, we booked one room but nowhere on the website it was mentioned that this room was in a shared apartment. Waa very disappointed. But the staff made up by giving us a apartment all for ourselves.
Disliked Check out time was till midnight in the booking website but the resort insisted it was 12 noon. Again disappointed with the website which doesn't show it's an independent room within a shared apartment. Very bad.
