Liked I go to Bloom for Quit and Clean stay
Disliked Staff behavior at the reception. There is no sitting facility for visitors to sit and discuss in reception. Only one sofa provided was broken. In all hotel visitors are allowed till 10PM, I have stayed at Bloom Hyderabad also. Here the person at reception first says visitors not allowed even in daytime, after he was confronted, he says you need to give identity card of the visitor. Is he clear about SOP????
