Scored 8.0 out of 10 Value for money
Liked 2 BHK setup WiFi with smart TV Parking inside apartment Caretaker Mr.Dilip stays in the ground floor - fluent in tamil, hindi, English :) Kitchen with microwave, gas stove, utensils Canned water provided Very close to restaurants, restobars
Disliked Apartment a bit old - doors were getting stuck - main door, bathroom door had to be used with great force Backdoor needs to be latched at the top else it'll open due to airflow Mobile network inside apartment is problematic - Airtel,Jio all . wifi calling helps a bit here but wifi was also down for sometime during our stay. Beds were soft - since we were accustomed to hard beds it was difficult for us to get a good sleep
