Liked Food was excellent. A nice stay at Clarion. Level 5 turns into a bar at night that we could sometimes hear from our room, but overall a nice stay.

Liked The whole property and the restaurant on the top floor was good.
Disliked The wait time at the reception before checking in, we had to wait for an early check-in and unfortunately due to the room availability the front office couldn't provide. Understand the practical difficulties the hotel may face for business travelers like me every hour counts, literally we left the baggage at the front desk and rushed to our meetings. We literally never used the booked room the whole day till we reached late evening.

Liked Spotlessly clean, great value, great food, friendly staff, comfy bed, well equipped, good aircon, superb shower, nice gym and pool, superb rooftop bar (separate from hotel)
Disliked Only two issues - the spa couldn't take my 'international' payment card, even though the hotel reception and rooftop bar could. Wouldn't have been a problem except wasn't told when booking treatment, so I turned up and couldn't pay. Solution offered was to go and find an ATM by walking 1 km in pouring rain. Also, rooftop bar, whilst fab when you're in it, was too loud, too late. I get Fri/Sat nights, but Sunday and even Tuesday. I was on 1st floor and bar on 5th! And I had great earplugs - the vibration of the bass kept me awake.

Disliked The Food. Please learn to cook Sabudana khichdi, Idlis the correct way. Learn the recipe Disappointed. Though I was the line guest, my food was served late. Delayed. The stewards and Chefs are constantly on their mobile phones. Un-attentive to the guests. Disappointed 😞☹️
