Scored 9.0 out of 10 Superb
Liked Had a fantastic stay at Collection O Brookefield Central! The reception staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, wardrobes to store cloths, the bathroom spotless, and the cozy bed made for a restful night’s sleep. The facilities were top-notch, and the location added great value for the price. However, what truly impressed me was the location of this hotel and exceptional cleanliness.
Disliked Had wifi issue somedays but mobile hotspot did the work. Toiletries were missing. Rest amenities were available as per mentioned in the site.

Scored 3.0 out of 10 Poor
Liked Really unhygienic, dirty sheets and towels, dirty bathrooms, other than AC nothing worked, TVs dnt work, no hot water, basins only in rooms not in bathrooms, water and electricity kept going off every 2-3 hours, location is very good, size of rooms is good but rest all bad. Cheap but not good, you get what you pay for... its under OYO brand but for some reason they dont name it by that either online or even hotel itself dsnt say it prominently...no wonder why.
Disliked Dirty and other than AC nothing works

Scored 1.0 out of 10 The room I got was very bad
Liked "This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room had a terrible foul smell that kept me awake all night, and the bed was completely untidy. The pillows were the absolute worst part, covered in disgusting yellow stains. Additionally, the bathroom was unclean, and there were noticeable stains on the closet. Extremely poor hygiene and totally unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
