Scored 9.0 out of 10 Excellent stay - will continue to book this hotel for future stays
Liked Ello is at a great location - happening but not noisy. The entire property including the rooms are super clean. The rooms are spacious. The towels and bed linen are pristine. The staff are polite and warm. I've stayed here twice now and will choose this hotel over the others I've tried in Koramangala.
Disliked The breakfast has improved since my first stay. It still doesn't match up to what some of the other hotels in the same range offer. At the same time, I appreciate that Ello actioned the feedback shared.

Liked The cleanliness, spacious room, staff at the reception and the security staff who help with the luggage
Disliked The breakfast is meagre, not a big deterrent but it's an extremely limited fare, takes a long time for eggs and coffee to be ready, and the omelette was salty.
