Scored 7.0 out of 10 Not value for money
Liked Room was clean and well maintained. Linens were also very clean. The staff was courteous.
Disliked First 15 minutes there was no one to check-in. They were in great hurry that I make the payment first. Food was average but expensive; chapati was inedible. There was an electric kettle in the room but without any provision of tea/coffee sachets, milk or sugar. Breakfast choice was limited. We were served left over cut fruits of previous night kept in the refrigerator.

Scored 3.0 out of 10 The worst possible Front desk experience
Liked Rooms are neat & average size
Disliked Check-in set the tone perfectly. Instead of a warm welcome, we got a detailed briefing on policies and rules. Felt less like guests and more like potential problem-makers — especially since we booked through Booking.com. probably the owners sit at the reception and clearly prefer managing costs over managing guest comfort. The room was an exercise in extreme economy. No tea or coffee sachets provided. You have to keep going to the reception for every small thing. Even basic soap was missing. We were told to use the shower gel for everything. Bedsheets and towels were not changed unless we specifically requested. Very efficient cost control, I must say. The highlight was the strict 8 PM visitor rule. My cousin battled Bangalore traffic and reached just a few minutes late. They refused to let him in. We were staying as a family — nothing inappropriate — yet the policy was ironclad. He finally had to book a separate room just to meet us. And of course, the owner first quoted a ridiculously high rate before “generously” reducing it. Truly thoughtful. Room access cards stopped working almost every time we left the room. Staff explained this happens if you go “too far” from the hotel. Fascinating system. There is a button in the room for housekeeping. We pressed it. When we returned, nothing had been cleaned. We were then informed that we still need to call the reception separately. So the button is basically decorative. Nice touch. They refused late checkout saying the hotel was full, but were suddenly flexible when we agreed to pay extra. Consistent theme throughout. Location near Manyata is convenient, but everything else feels like the property is run with a single priority: save every possible rupee. If you value basic amenities, courtesy, and not feeling like an inconvenience, look elsewhere. Would not stay again.
