Liked An exceptional stay at the Grand Mercure Bengaluru! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The breakfast and dining experience were outstanding — a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious food with excellent service throughout. The staff truly went above and beyond to make the stay memorable, always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with a smile. The hotel perfectly combines luxury, comfort, and a relaxing atmosphere, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The facilities, ambiance, and overall experience exceeded expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bengaluru — I will definitely be coming back!

Liked Courteous staff who took care through out my stay. Chef Vilas and rest of staff went extra miles to make sure the experience is exceptional. The property is clean and maintained well, has a nice spa, pool, and good restaurant.

Liked My wife and I stayed at the Mercure for a short 4-day trip to visit family. We got an apartment that also came with breakfast. The hotel is nestled in Koramangala amongst residential houses but tucked away from the main road so it provides privacy. The first thing that strikes you when you check in is the warmth and hospitality of the staff. They are very courteous, respectful, and always there to help you with your needs in a proactive manner. The room was very comfortable and clean. It comes with a living room and balcony, a kitchenette, and a separate bedroom. It is spacious and very well equipped with necessary amenities. The room is stocked with clean water in sealed bottles which is topped up everyday. Breakfast comprises a spread of local and international dishes. The local fare is something I would strongly recommend as the variety is nothing short of amazing, and very tasty. The staff at the Verandah (cafe where breakfast is served) are eager to serve and they will also recommend dishes that may not be on the buffet menu but can be ordered for the chef to dish out. The hotel also has a spa that has a range of services ranging from Swedish massage to the traditional Indian massages. Again something I would strongly recommend.
Disliked Nothing in particular as the location suited our plans to visit family, some of whom were within walking distance and some quite easily accessible using Uber. There are some restaurants within waliking distance but others again accessible via Uber.

Liked The restaurant staff were excellent. Imanual and the team did everything to make our meals at the restaurant an enjoyable experience. The food was really good. The hotel is located in a better part of Bangalore. The rooms were clean and we were upgraded. We used the spa and it was great.
Disliked We booked half board and at checking it was not made clear that a la cart was not part of the package. Perhaps it was our fault that we also did not check, so we had to pay for one night meal. Bit annoying but the lady receptionist did her best.

Liked Good hotel, nice rooms with possiblity to cook (stove , kettle , microwave and fridge) . Had just what you need to be comfortable for business stay . Breakfast is good with several options including custom requests like eggs the way you want it. The area is relatively a nice area . Some nice coffee shops in the area . Gym is ok , I didn't try the 15 meter pool but it looked nice. There is also a nice gift shop at the lobby. The 2 restaurants serves good food also at night (near pool or at the Veranda) but it is mainly Indian/ Asian ... Some western options are there, mainly in veranda restaurant.
