Disliked A few Maintenance issues, no hangers in the wardrobes There is no lift for a 3 storey building and the stairs are steep and difficult to navigate.

Liked Staff was so polite and helpful. Location easily accessible. Room was spacious and Bathroom was clean.
Disliked Stair case felt a bit of conjusted. No elevator for upstairs. Breakfast was not so bad, but as we are keralites, we prefer a little more south indian taste.
