   Liked That's the sad part...had to walk half a mile to get breakfast. They don't have a restaurant or pantry. Sad.

   Disliked For the price I paid this was a good deal.

   Liked Good location. Nice helpful staff; happy to change rooms when I complained about slightly leaking plumbing in bathroom. The second room they changed me too was excellent with a balcony.

   Disliked Noisy but ok given the lack location. Slight smell of cigarette in second room. Presumably a previous guest had smoke in the balcony and left the door open.

   Clean comfortable room in good location providing good value for money

   Liked It’s a new build,new style more compact than old style Indian rooms,but has comfy bed,good shower,air con and WiFi and a tv.A lift and small balcony on each floor to It’s around 12 minutes walk up to everything you will need on MG road and easy to get tuk tuks and Uber from. The staff are friendly and helpful and an early check in was no problem.There is a water station in reception for guests use

   Disliked There is nothing not to like it’s great for a few nights- wherever you stay in this town you are surrounded by a ridiculous amount of traffic 24/7 and this place no different

   Disliked Ac was advertised but was not working in one of our room.

   Liked A small but clean and comfortable room with a small but usable shower room. The staff are very friendly and whole place was very clean. An extra comfy pillow was no problem for the staff nor was providing top ups to the tea tray. The location is very good for evening strolls to bars and restaurants which are good quality.)

   Disliked The rooms have no windows or at least none that are not 30cm from a concrete wall. The outside noise will disturb many people too as there is no insulation.

   My Hotel Stay in the Heart of the City

   Liked This Hotel is located in the heart of the Bangalore City which was a huge plus for me as a tourist. Its very close to shopping streets like MG Road, Church Street, and several popular Iconic restaurants like Nagarjuna Restaurant (authentic Andhra cuisine) & Meghana Foods (signature Hyderabadi biryanis) were located walking distance from this hotel. If I visit Bangalore I would definitely stay here again.

   Disliked The Bangalore streets are full of traffic all day till very late at night and the drivers are constantly tooting their horns. Since this hotel is situated on a very Busy street (Brigade Road) I could hear the noise of the vehicles & horns form my bedroom with very poor sound proofing till late at night. If you are planning to stay here its advisable to take earbuds with you if you're a poor sleeper like me. The tiny bedroom window had no view and faced a blind wall just a few feet away of the adjacent building. Another thing I found disappointing was the cleanliness of my room. When i arrived at the hotel around 12pm from the airport after no proper sleep from my international flight, my room was not ready. I had already written to the hotel prior to my arrival informing them of my arrival time and requested them for a clean room. However, I was escorted to the 3rd floor only to find that my room was being cleaned by 3 room boys who rushed it and had the room ready in minutes. But i guess they didnt clean properly after the previous guest left. The bedside unit and Bedhead was stained and not wiped and i cleaned it up with a wet cloth and it was fine afterwards. The toilet (WC) was not cleaned and discolored. There was some hair under the duvet and one of the pillow covers were really old and discolored. I feel the hotel management should check after each room is cleaned and make sure the rooms and nice and clean. Its a nice looking small and cozy hotel room and its sad that the cleanliness is of poor standard.

   Cost effective stay in MG road

   Liked The checkin was smooth, the staff was really helpful.

   Disliked The toilet seat was broken, nobody came to clean the room during our 2 night stay and there was a constant traffic noise in the room as the rooms are situated right above the road.

    Liked Staff was very helpful despite I had to firmly ask to change room because the first 1 was dirty and might be infested of bedbugs. Bathroom was very clean and it was cheap. Fast wifi

    Disliked First room was really dirty. Second room was a little bit cleaner but the floor was dirty too. It’s also close to a very busy intersection and the windows are not isolated. You hear everything. Bring your earplugs if you have.
