Liked Excellent location, good overall experience with cleanliness, staff, and service, particularly given the price point.
Disliked Size of the room (and particularly the bathroom) was a squash and a squeeze. Refused to provide two separate key cards for the two guests in the room with some random technical excuse. Quite odd given every other hotel I have stayed at provided an extra key with no difficulty whatsoever.

Liked Great location. Good breakfast spread.
Disliked The door of the room does not cut off noise from the corridor. Highly irritating, noisy bunch of people talking in the corridor late into the night. Every time the door of a nearby room opens or shuts, the banging noise is so clearly heard inside my room. Highly irritating.

Liked The breakfast offered a variety of food from Indian to Continental. The service was excellent, with Mr Mungla and Colleagues attending to our demands. The eating area was always kept clean. The hotel is in a well located area, with transport friendly facilities and lively all around.
Disliked The music playing on a loop is sometimes disturbing while having dinner.

Liked The lighting above the wardrobe area would have been appreciated. The staff were really good. The staff at the dining area was very polite and kind. I cannot recall the lovely lady that attended to me when I was there. Beautiful smile. Srinivasan at the reception area was very helpful and friendly. I must say that I truly enjoyed my stay there. Will certainly recommend it to my friends. Ajay from hospitality was also very efficient and cleaned our room well.
Disliked The only complaint which is not really a complaint was that the lighting could be a little better. and there should be another socket beside the other side of the bed. There should also be a bench for the bag, for those of us with bad back.
