Liked I liked the location, the proximity to the tech park. Room was fine, nothing fancy, very similar to other IBIS hotels. The bed was comfortable and pillows were soft. Water pressure in the bathroom was good. Overall a comfortable stay. You can park the car at the basement and directly take the lift to your room, something that adjacent Novotel lacks. Staffs were very welcoming especially Sarmistha. Usual requests for plates, valet parking, weighing the luggages were done promptly. Exceptional requests such as early check in and late check out requests were also granted. The cancellation policy is very generous, however, I think guests should be offered a lower rate for prepaid non-cancellable bookings. Something that is missing for both IBIS and Novotel at outer ring road.
Disliked Hotel: In most places around the world including other locations in Bengaluru, IBIS is generally a 3 star hotel, however, particularly this one is rated 4 star. This allowed them to charge at least 30% more nightly price for same amenities/ room size and general services as compared to the other IBIS hotel in Bengaluru. However, the hotel itself is still 3 star category. Therefore it is not a good value for money. About the Room 629: The room generally lacks privacy. The door directly faces the bed. Also window glasses are not tinted. The curtain is very basic, something that is not expected from a 4 star rated hotel. The tv could not be turned off, it would turn itself on after sometime and only gets turned off after prolonged idle time. The shower head could not be moved upwards. Unless you want to use it as a hand shower, you need to be less than 150cm to be able to shower like that. I'd have liked a bottle of moisturiser along with hand wash soap, similar to adjacent Novotel. Breakfast: It is clear the hotel primarily caters to domestic business travellers. Therefore western options in the breakfast menu is very limited. The quality is also poor for the 4 star standard. For example the bread provided was simple casino white/ brown. They were not fresh. If you don't like south indian breakfasts in general, then your options are very limited. If you want to taste freshly made tea or coffee, they generally come with a little bit of sugar (I think). Services: Although services were generally good. The services around restaurant is particularly bad. Adjacent Novotel was managed much better. Sometimes empty plates were not taken up and other times, if you leave your plate to get something else, it will be taken up. It took 15 mins to get fresh set of cups because they ran out of it.

Liked Location is very close to RMZ Ecospace. Staffs are generally good- Raja and some of the staffs in dining need a special mention. Breakfast buffet is good, dinner needs some variation (almost the similar type food everyday). Room service is good. This is not a luxury hotel rather a business hotel.
Disliked 1. Price is bit on higher side for 17m2 room 2. Staff needs bit more training and common sense. First day I asked to re-heat food that I was carrying from home as I was unwell but it was denied and I was asked to fill in a disclaimer form. Although later on the service manager and guest relationship. manager apologised for the incident and promised to take care of it. The staff went an extra mile for rest of my stay to make up for my bad experience. So fine. I hope such incidents in future can be avoided.

Liked Staff is very hospitable, and food is great. The breakfast spread and quality were excellent. Room was clean and I lived the snacks keot as welcome gifts in the room.
Disliked Size of the room for the price I paid could have been better, although was not too crampy but slightly small

Liked The location is superb, near mall road and near all amenities. The rooms are good and spacious.Bedsheets were clean and room was overall clean.I got the mountain view room, which had the view of the Kanchenjunga mountains. It was mesmerising. The spa was also amazing. Sunita is magical if you are visiting the spa. She did the Signature back massage for me and I was so relaxed. The breakfast was alright.
Disliked The bed was spring bed, not great for my back. Breakfast can have more options.
