Liked The staff are your shining stars at this hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and as a woman travelling alone with my son I felt safe and comfortable at all times. The restaurant had a good selection of food and there was always something for me even as a fussy eater.
Disliked I felt the bar staff in the evening could have been a little more attentive. This is my second visit and on the first occasion I was with my husband and was constantly asked if we would like more drinks. This time I had to ask repeatedly and even had to go to the bar myself on a couple of occasions.

Liked the beauty and peace. the marble, water fountains and sound of water. the grandiose trees. the elegance of the staff. all so graceful and gracious. the kindness for offering a tea & sweets delights in our room, marks of consideration that remain in our heart. Excellence in Hospitality. And the bedding!

Liked A big thanks to all the staff for taking great care of me after I fell sick during my stay. The facilities were wonderful, but the attitude and actions of the staff truly elevated the experience.

Liked The room was spacious and comfortable. Room service was prompt and the food was impeccable in all the restaurants especially in Dum Pukht Jolly Nawobs . The breakfast spread was also delicious and filling with lot of options . My kid enjoyed playing in the Lancelot garden as well .
