Liked Room is clean to a large extent, facilities are also maintained ok. No much hassles.
Disliked Restaurant experience is what reduced the overall rating - a lizard was found in the area where breakfast buffet was kept. Also some orders at counters were over delayed and we left waiting for long time. In the room, there was water leakage from AC which disturbed our night. Upon enquiry, it was found that the filters were not clean!

Liked The location The staff are humble and informative But some are like new so not well informative in front desk. No discount or concessions though this was my second visit and I recently stayed in the property for 6 days. Front desk was not very cooperative. The cleaning staff are very good and in room dinning or staff who were serving food are really cooperative and humble.
Disliked The front desk staff are not very accommodating

Liked We had a wonderful one-week stay at Lemon Tree Hotel with our family. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. A special thanks to Rabin (service department) for his outstanding service. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made a big difference. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always with a smile. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to visiting again!

Liked I loved the staff, always smiling and welcoming. I felt really good staying around with a great service. I would like to call out individuals like Kaushik in the front desk, he was great, he helped me with any specific issues and took the ownership.

Liked The visit was amazing! Food was good, and staff were awesome, Gowramma was super nice and prompt!!!
Disliked Wifi service should have been better. There was multiple news event during the stay, the tv service must be upgraded.
