Liked My stay at this hotel was excellent. The included breakfast was very tasty, the room was large, clean and comfortable, and the internet was good so it was easy to work from the room. The laundry service was fast and very affordable (around $4 per day), and the room service - especially the lassi and Indian desserts - was great and cost only about $3–$4 per day. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. I definitely recommend this hotel.
Disliked The hotel is not very modern compared to newer hotels. It has more of a simple, family-style feeling. For some guests this might feel a bit outdated, though it may also be part of its charm.

Liked The hotel staff were friendly and rooms to a high standard and very clean. For me being a westerner, very good value for money.
Disliked They had various Functions on during my stay with a lot of loud music. Maybe they could advise guests on check in or at least put them in a room away from the function.

Liked Rooms were very neat and comfortable. Breakfast was good with good veg options. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked I wish the food was marked correctly. All the veg items were marked vegan even though they were not dairy free. Would request the management to tag the food correctly.

Disliked The bathroom needs to be looked into as there was foul smell coming out the loo into the full room... That should be sorted.....
