Liked Location was excellent. There are many restaurants nearby including starbucks Shopping malls are also nearby Security guards are available 24/7 and the property is locked in the night
Disliked Mirrors are not available in all bedrooms and bathrooms Kitchen is usable. But there are no basic stuffs for making coffee/tea not available. It would be nice to keep some coffee and tea bags and milk on first day. Only one key is available for each apartment. Nice to have more keys

Liked - Though it is far from the airport, the property is at a very good location. - One can find pharmacies. ice cream parlor, groceries within walking distance. - there are also breweries and shopping malls with 10-15 mins of driving time. - the property is clean and well maintained.
Disliked - quantity of toilet suppliers can be improved. - the lift stops on the 1st floor and does not go to the Ground floor. I found this to be a pain point.

Liked Walking distance to Apollo hospital, medical stores and good restaurants. Great for a small family to stay together in one apartment. All facilities are available in the apartment.

Liked I would give it overall 4 stars for the below reasons. Pros 1, staff is very helpful 2, good location close to hospital and shops 3, the house was kept clean and they clean every day. Cons 1, the air condition was not working properly, also the remote control of A/C was missing. 2, there is no filter RO water, they give us a big bottle of water. 3, the toiletries were not provided, even their was no hand wash provided, we had to buy all of it.

Disliked We faced difficulties for operating lift. The lift was not stopping our floor. But it's ok, because the staffs there are very helpful.

Disliked bathrooms due to water clogging after taking bath. Wipers not provided.

Liked Location and ease of entry. Geyser provided in both the bathrooms. Beds were neat.
Disliked The property was adjacent to what we booked which shouldn’t be the case as we looked and booked based on the pictures. So it was different from what we booked. Only soap and towel was provided. Basic coffee making, basic provisions such as shampoo and toiletries should usually be provided. Door mats weren’t absorbing water. Potential slippery risk.

Disliked We told we will come late night and owner also accepted but late night he never picked call and even after seeing 15 missed calles still now never bother to answer .

Liked Rooms are spacious . Even though we had issues with Tap and Geyser, Prem ( who manages guest ) was able to fix and replace broken pipes within a day. Support staff of Prem was also very helpful.
Disliked They could have checked taps and geyser before guest arrive.
