Liked Everything was Good including service. Food alone couple of items were too hot and spicy
Disliked Food too hot and spicy and flush needed repairing once during our stay

Liked The resort had comfortable and spacious rooms. Good food in the two restaurants it has, one of them being a bar. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The swimming pool which had a waterfall was very scenic. Enjoyed spending the time in the water. We were given a tour of the property by Sunitha who took good care of us from the time we landed at the venue. Cycles were actually to use as well for riding within the property.
Disliked Hand towels were not given Unless asked for. The indoor games were in the need of a bit of maintenance and it was housed in a building without lift. Ok good younger people but to take older members up is tough.. view from our room was only of the parking lot

Liked The facility, cleanliness, staff behaviour all was the best .. we had a lovely experience at the resort.. Breakfast had most of the varieties and the food was super...

Liked Good location, Good food, Good staff.
Disliked The pool was dirty with insects floating, and should be cleaned at least twice a day as it was the USP of the property. We booked a deluxe twin room which was pretty small and the whole corridor was smelling of smoke which should not be allowed inside the rooms as ventilation is not good enough there.

Liked Overall it is good ,however it's a little over priced but good place for a family outing or a day outing ..
Disliked There is also a Spa that is available ,we did try out however it didnt turn out that great ,just a regular body massage . Spa(third party vendor)attendents are really smart to take tip from you😀they tell stories of their life and say like we only earn but tips and don't have regular salary , minimum is 500 and there are customers who give 3000 and things like that..so I would say spa is not a great deal ..

Liked Facilities were really good. Though the timing of falls and rain dance is very limited, it’s good to watch such a mega man made falls.
Disliked Food options were very limited and they can’t serve what’s there in the menu card. Sugar free is available in room but not in any restaurants. Given there are so many diabetic, they should provide this Everywhere. It’s cheap but will be very much appreciated. When someone paying so much for the stay, I hey we’re cribbing about a missing glass from the room, which we never bothered to look at and never seen that it existed in the room. Though they didn’t ask to pay for it, it was so embarrassing that they made me stay longer at check out and repeatedly asking if I know about the missing glass.

Liked The overall property was good The food quality and pricing was excellent. Man made waterfall is very attractive and place for fun.
Disliked Rooms are little segregated. One should book all rooms of same type, if they are going in a group. No evening entertainment like bon fire, live music etc. This could be incorporated for better crowd pulling.
