   Great location for a quick city visit.

   Liked Great location, well connected to the public transport and easily accessible by car/taxi. The rooms had a small kitchen which was nice, it had everything for preparing a small quick meal, or a coffee/tea.

   Disliked The check-in and check-out process is very slow, there is no "in person" receptionist who is authorized to check you in, so we had to wait and log in a zoom call at the lobby so that the remote agent could facilitate the check-in (and check-out!!) process, which was annoying as we were in a hurry.

   Lovely hotel on a quite road, great location

   Liked Lovely hotel on a quiet road, however very close to the MG Road. Beautiful terrace to have an authentic Indian breakfast in the mornings and hang around in the evenings. Also, a nice fully air conditioned co-working facility at the top floor. The room is nice, clean and spacious. Staff is super friendly and thoughtful. Special thanks to the reception staff - Praveen and Pavithra. It was my first visit to India and I highly appreciate you looking after me, and providing advice on breakfast foods, car bookings, etc. Would highly recommend!

   Liked The location was perfect for the value and occasion of use

   Disliked The fact that there aren't basics in the room. glasses, cutlery, toiletries. Had just toiletries for one person. However on request was received.

   Liked Very comfortable and cozy stay. We stayed 5 nights there and very convenient for all locations that we want to go. Specially the staff was very helpful and friendly

   Liked The staff and the room was clean.

   Disliked The Aircon in one of the rooms was not working. In the kitchen ,microwave was not there .also there was washing soap and brush for the plates.

   Liked Central location Well equipped apartment.it can become your home away from home The best part of this property is the staff.everyone wishes you politely when they see u.the security guards always assist with bags.the housekeeping boys tend to your requests within minutes.the lady bharti at reception remembered me from my previous stay that I was unwell and asked about my health.jairam from front desk made sure my apartment tvs were set up how I like before he finished his duty for the day. I extended my stay by one day and Jairam again made sure the transfer was not inconvenient for me and that the tvs were functioning according to my likes. This kind of customer service is on par with 5 star properties

   Disliked Wi fi connection on smart tv in living room is slow.keeps loading

    Excellent Stay on budget right in the heart of city.

    Liked The stay was very comfortable and cozy. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, although the hairdryer had to be requested separately. The reception staff, service staff, and security guards were all extremely helpful and welcoming. Jayaram, Immam, Mani, and the tall, thin lady at the reception (whose name I unfortunately forgot to note down) provided excellent service. Jayaram even went out of his way to help us order food online when we were too tired and hungry to head out. The location is right in the heart of the city and conveniently close to all the major landmarks, which made getting around very easy. We truly had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend staying here.

    Disliked Just a small note — we noticed that our room was often cleaned with only one towel provided, even though there were two of us staying. However, the staff were always very prompt in delivering an extra towel whenever we requested one. Perhaps a little more attention could be given to this detail.
