Disliked Where do I start!!!!!!!. The First Studio room i stayed looked like it was cleaned years back. the bed and the sheets were full of stains. The entire room has a kind of pungent smell, The bathroom was not properly cleaned or maintained. The floor was sticky and oily. Dont know what cleaning liquid they use. There were no water bottles provided. Not an big issue, they would have given if asked, but we shoould not ask, thats the point. And in the mid of the two day stay, they changed the lock of the door, wihtout asking me or when i am not there. I know that is a hotel renovation process, but changing a guest room's lock wihtout their permission, brings in serious trust issues. What if something was missing. Who will I ask. And this is basic hotel etiquette to ask the guest before entering the room. And added to that i was not provided a access key card at all, Everytime i had to ask the recception to main my room door. WTH!!! Then for a day i stayed in a the executive room, moving on from studio room, because i had no other choice and no hotels were avialble nearby. My checkout was 12 from studio and checkin was 12 from the executive room. I was given a room by 2 after waiting. Again no proper key card access. The executive room was okay and there were no cleanliness issues. For the money I am paying, these rooms are good and i would say value for money. But anything higher than this, this hotel is not worth it. And beware, except for the reception guy who is there in the day time, no one knows english. You have to know hindi to communicate. And also beware, Most of the ground floor windows were open which i didnot notice the first night staying. Someone could have easily jumped in with a basic stool or a ladder since the land beside the hotel is empty and being used as a parking space for construction tractors and vechicles. To the owner: PLease buy new sheets, clean the room properly and please educate your people on how to behave with guests.

Liked Advantage is the location of the property. The boy in the reception during the day was sober and responsive
Disliked Dirty linen, no one comes for a room turnaround or cleaning, tea coffee is not replenished, have to ask for water every time and then only it is given. AC condition is bad, bath fittings are in a bad condition. Another booking which was done was charged for an extra day inspite of informing the front desk that arrival would be late due to the late coming of the train. Not at all customer friendly
