Liked The many pools are amazing. We utilised restaurant and the children’s area every day. The breakfast was especially good. The hotel staff were all very friendly, welcoming and made the stay really great.
Disliked We booked a room that specifically said it had a small futon bed in it for our three year old, this was confirmed in a message to me by the hotel before we arrived. This futon bed did not exist and when i asked no one was able to explain why i was told there would be a futon bed and the staff were very avoidant about the issue, i was unable to speak to anyone or resolve this. I am upset about this as it affected our sleep and our stay, having the small extra bed for our child was one of the reasons we booked this hotel over others. That being said we thought the hotel was fabulous, i wish this issue had been resolved so we could leave a 100% positive reveiw.

Liked We return to this property repeatedly...love the stay, food and the amenities. Hospitality of the reception and housekeeping staff is amazing
Disliked This time around, the entire restaurant staff had a very unfriendly feel. The staff either was very tired or overworked...not sure, but at any time, breakfast, lunch, tea or dinner...at both restaurants the feel was very unwelcoming and 90% of them seemed absolutely uninterested. Big contrast from all the other staff.

Liked Beautiful grounds. Various amenities like tennis, pickle ball, basketball and badminton. The pool is the highlight with a lap pool and a relaxing pool. Clean and comfortable rooms with excellent service.
Disliked Food was a mixed bag. Breakfast was very good. Dinner à la carte could have been better tasting for some dishes
