Disliked Somehow staff felt booking.com customers are not so valuable compared to their regular customers. Owner understands the business but staff is not adequately trained.

Liked The location was good enough. They cleaned when told only and staffs were very helpful.
Disliked Rooms had various insects and cockroaches and the bed sheets were also not very clean. No food service.

Disliked It was an extremely cramped setup with no space to walk in the property. Also, the lift was tiny, where not even 2 people can fit. The AC was making noise and was not serviced. The property didn't feel safe with the family. The reception staff was not very pleasant. There was a smell of smoke coming from them. Also, the room had a very unpleasant smell of smoke.
