Liked Everything was spacious - the lobby, the corrridor, the room and the wash room. This was a pleasant surprise. The room and wash room were very clean. In room dining is available. The continental grilled fish I ordered in my room was excellent. The rooftop restaurant offers a pleasant change in ambience with a touch of the outdoors and is perfect for a quiet, romantic evening with a refreshing drink (cocktail or mocktail) far from the city crowds. If one wishes to visit the legendary Mavalli Tiffin Room (MTR) to sample traditional South Indian snacks and food that Bengaluru is famous for and to spend time in sprawling gardens like the Lal Bagh, I would recommend this hotel. It is close to the regional passport office, MTR & Lal Bagh Botanical Gardens. I visited each of these for business and pleasure. If one loves nature and South Indian food, this hotel is walking distance from two legendary Bengaluru landmarks - Lal Bagh and Mavalli Tiffin Room (MTR). Overall, Springs Hotels and Spa is worth a visit.

Liked Location, friendliness of staff, room service.
Disliked The spa wasn't in service, the all day restaurant had limited hours and slow service, the plumbing was poor and the shower overflowed due to a lack of seal at the base of the sliding door.

Liked I liked that fact that the staff was very helpful and i could store my luggage behind reception. The food in the restaurant was very nice, the roof terrace bar gorgeous.
Disliked The spa was in repair and no notion of that on booking.com. The Area surrounding the hotel is quite dirty.

Liked Hotel was great, location was perfect to get around and see the sights. Great restaurants within walking distance.
Disliked Front desk staff wasn't always helpful. Asked to have laundry picked up from room to which the gentleman rellplied yes, only to not have it picked up. Which them meant there wasn't enough time to have it done before we left. When questioned, he gave confusing answers and changed information from one day to the next. The restaurant, while the food was very good, the service was less than ideal. Overall the problems were not enough to make me not want to stay at The Springs hotel and spa again.
