Scored 9.0 out of 10 Very good.
Liked It was midnight when I was checking in and the staff (particularly Ravi) ensured the check in went smooth. They also ensured my check out went smooth early morning. Overall I was very satisfied with the ambience and cleanliness within the room as well.

Liked Asking for extra money before giving a room saying the amount is incorrect on booking com. Very dirty sheets and blankets. Even after complaining was advised no clean sheets or linen can be provided. Please don't go just by rating. Ask them to show rooms before u pay or give ur documents.Nothing is there to like. Very rude staff they threatened me that u sleep in the dirty room if you make complaint to booking.com. Will never visit again.

Liked It was clean
Disliked Suppose to be 1000 rupee for 2 nights, for the first day when I reach at night, at the moment they saw my booking, they ignore it and told me they will "upgrade* my room so it's going to be 1500 rupee per night. I'm tired and didn't want to argue so I paid 1500. Second day, I tried to explain it should be 1000 for 2 nights, they say OK give me special deal, and it still going to cost me 1.2k rupee per night. I keep insisting and ended up still paying additional 500 rupee. Total up to 2k for 2 nights instead of 1k. I did not have Internet to contact booking.com for the time while staying there, so I am writing this now to whoever it may concern. It wasn't alot of money, but if u were to offer free booking without payment mostly this is what is going to happen. Had this once also during my trip in Turkey last year. Thanks
