Liked Customer service from one particular staff was exemplary. He made us feel warm and comfortable. The rest of the staff was also very helpful.
Disliked Cleanliness could be improved. Squeaking door sound is so loud that if you wake up to go to toilet at night, your partner will wake up. This can be easily checked by staff and the door hinges can be oiled. I mentioned this to staff but probably they forgot and I didn't want to follow up.

Liked Ashish (Reception) was very helpful to meet all our needs. Prakash (F&B Manager) was very quick in providing service for our breakfast.
Disliked Our Room was located on the Ground Floor, & there were continuous noise on the side street.

Liked The location being on the 100 ft road, the proximity to shops, restaurants and pubs was a big plus. The front office staff were nice and cordial. The in house restaurant food had a decent breakfast spread. The rooms were will appointed. WiFi connection was good.
Disliked The doors and bathroom were dated. A make over will help get more business. Having slippers in door would have been an advantage.
