Scored 8.0 out of 10 Good. Can become better
Liked Very courteous front office staff : Ms. Niveditha. Also it is very safe and secured - they don’t allow any delivery guys to the rooms and help with housekeeping staff delivering your products. There is cleanliness and security.
Disliked 1. There is no mosquito repellant in the room. When I asked for one they kept saying they will send but after 2/3 repeated calls, they said they didn’t have any. This was a basic requirement in my view - sleep was disturbed because of the mosquito problem. 2. I didn’t even use the TV in the room but remember seeing only one remote but the housekeeping guy kept insisting that I lost one during my check out time. Without even using it, this experience was frustrating. Wonder why would I even think of taking away the TV remote of all things.
