Scored 10.0 out of 10 Exceptional
Liked I have always liked to stay in this hotel. The earlier GM was also very good at managing this hotel pre-covid. Now also it is good but have lost the higher floors which is a shame. Offices should have been on lower floors.
Disliked The water in the bathtub was muddy and it happened for 2 days continuously. But the staff was good and managed everything well.

Liked I liked its layout and design—the design of the cafeteria is very professional, and in spite of a good number, it never felt overcrowded. The rooms are also spacious, and your surprise of the fruit basket on day one was amazing.
Disliked Nothings as such else I would have made a lot of noise.
