Disliked The resturant area is small and no god ventilation after you finished your meal your hole body and clothes smill but the food was good

Liked We spent 4 nights here with our little baby. The room was decently sized and comfortable. The reception staff was kind enough to make the crib available to us as soon as we checked in. The staff were very kind every time we visited the restaurant for breakfast or for other meals. They made sure that my wife or baby did not want for anything at all. If I could rate the staff 15/10, I would!
Disliked The wing where our room was situated was being renovated. A heads up would've been appreciated. The carpets in the alleys had curls and were a trip hazard.

Disliked Rooms were dated. Bathroom was a mess. The water ended up leaking from shower area to the rest of the bathroom. The staff send a technician but he didn’t seem to know what to do. Ended up doing a “jugaad” fix.

Liked Great room and facilities. Super staff and generally the food was excellent and offered a great variety.
Disliked Some smaller details - There was construction work in front of our room that made the stay noisy. Infact, we had to walk across a series of rugs and work equipment to reach our room. The hair dryer was connected in an usafe way to the mains. it wasnt very safe to use.

Liked Everything went well - the location, the room, cleanliness, staff behavior, amenities, breakfast, dinner. All were exceptional.
Disliked The fittings in bathroom have become old and needs replacement. Instead of a bath tub, a simple bathroom with glass walls is preffered.

Liked It meets all your requirements. Most suited location and the properrty for business stay. Food is good and staff is well groomed.

Liked Clean the ambiance was good . I was a bit in happy with the laundry though they were not cleaned well. They did mention that some areas need dry cleaning but others areas should have been cleared which was not looked like it was soaked in water dried and press. Apart from that all was excellent

Liked The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
Disliked The hotel seemed quite old and needed to be upgraded. I was on the second floor and there were boards in the corridor and a sign saying renovations were underway’ . I asked the staff about this and was told there was a plumbing issue that was being fixed.
