Liked Location, hotel interior and painting is fabulous
Disliked Overall good but I felt there is too much of micro management on guests, eg why guest is going to parking, calling security to check, if guest has paid till next day 11 am, he can go out of hotel or stay inside during his stay that is his wish. Hotel amount is already paid, my personal details and mobile you have, I checked and kept my bike in the hotel basement parking, evening staff while giving the handover should keep new staff informed. May be this was one of kind situation and may not be happening regularly but it’s my feedback for that one situation. Overall stay, cleanliness and hotel is great and I will visit again when I have work around this area. Thank you.

Liked They made me pay for breakfast though it said 'free breakfast included ' when I paid online. These are things a guest must know at the time of check in. At least then.

Liked Great location for us - approach from Airport and travel time to work location. Intelligent and courteous staff who attend to requests immediately Clean, spacious rooms covering all basic needs. Very reasonable rates compared to adjacent hotels. So great value for money
Disliked WiFi provided us not strong. Also laptops cannot be connected to this WiFi. Thai was an inconvenience. Breakfast spread may include a couple of North Indian items

Scored 8.0 out of 10 Decent moderately priced hotel good for a short stay if in transit through Bangalore.
Liked Decent relatively inexpensive hotel that is about 20-30 minutes drive from the airport, but in an area of Bangalore with places to eat and local NGOs. The hotel service was good, with decent food in the restaurant, and comfortable beds. Being slightly off the main road made it somewhat quieter also.
Disliked The hotel was quite difficult to find, google maps not being entirely reliable as to where the entrance was. There is a sign off the main road but it's easy to miss. The beds in the rooms were comfortable, but the linen and pillows could probably do with replacement.
