Liked Location was good with quick access to the highway. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was spacious and a good match for a 3 week stay. Having the ability to wash clothes & dry on a rack was very useful.
Disliked Breakfast was good but would be nice to have more variety daily during a longer stay. However, that may not be likely or expected in a service apartment.

Disliked Facilities, cutlery and utensils are available but not the ingredients for tea etc, if you are arriving or leaving at odd times.

Liked Staff and owner were helpful, kind and nice. Very welcoming. The apartment is well equipped with what you would generally need and well located with a shop nearby and easy access to the city.
Disliked Facilities were a bit old, especially toilet and shower.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. The apartment was incredibly spacious, well-designed, and spotless, making it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, which made it easy to prepare meals during my stay. The living area was cozy and had a good view of the city, creating a perfect space to relax after a day of exploring. The 2 bedroom were quiet and the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. What really stood out was the attention to detail—everything from the decor to the amenities was thoughtfully chosen to enhance comfort. The staff was always available and eager to help with any request, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Windfall Hotel Apartment is the perfect place to stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning on my next visit! Liked The apartment is spacious. Very welcoming host and staff. Very fast response.
Disliked All services are available but need to be asked. I would have preferred to have all available within apartment by default. e.g. Had to ask for towels. Staff could not clearly mention breakfast arrangements. Even though Breakfast was included.
