Scored 8.0 out of 10 Pleasant stay
Liked - polite staffs, helpful - cleanliness - if you want to experience a luxury hotel but limited funds, this is a good place - food is also good, tasty
Disliked - gym is too small. 2 persons can workout at once because of very limited capacity - I didn’t like the lightings. It was dull at the room as well as lobby

Scored 9.0 out of 10 Overall, my stay was extremely comfortable, and I would definitely recommend The Sterling Mac
Liked I stayed at the Sterling Mac, located just opposite Leela Palace in Domlur, for a couple of days, and it was an excellent experience overall. Location: I really liked the location as it was very close to my office, which made commuting extremely convenient. Room & Comfort: The room was spacious and well-maintained, giving a very comfortable feeling throughout the stay. They also arranged an extra bed at a reasonable cost when requested. Room service was consistently prompt and polite. Dining Experience: The hotel provides 24/7 in-room dining, which was a big plus for me. I could order anything at any time and get it delivered to the room quickly. All three meals are available both in buffet and à la carte options, with a good variety of cuisines to choose from. Food Service Staff: A special mention to the food service team. Every staff member was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure guests’ needs were taken care of. I don’t remember all their names, but I do recall Nicky and their team, who were doing a fantastic job. Overall, my stay was extremely comfortable, and I would definitely recommend The Sterling Mac, Domlur, for both business and leisure stays in Bangalore.

Liked All good.
Disliked The morning breakfast service and some of the food items can be done better. Need more staff to handle the morning breakfast rush, as the guest are left alone wondering where to sit. Instead the staff should take the guest to their table, and attend them. In my few days stay during the breakfast, no one approached asking if you need any beverage or anything from the live kitchen. So there is a plenty of scope to improve, if you listen to all the feedback on your breakfast service from other guests too.
