Scored 10.0 out of 10 Excellent - look forward to visiting again
Liked The hotel felt new and clean, with tastefully modern decoration and quality bedding - generally just everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. The pool in the conservatory backing onto greenery looked great, as did the spa, but didn't get to use either. Breakfast was good, with dosas and omelettes on demand. The manager and his able staff were warm and helpful which completed the excellent experience.
Disliked Taxis often took a while getting to the hotel owing to heavy traffic in immediate neighbourhood - but I expect this would be the same across much of Bengaluru, not just where the hotel is.

Scored 10.0 out of 10 Excellent place to stay
Liked The best thing about the property was the fact that the spa attached to the hotel was amazing. We took a massage nearly every day and the masseuse was fantastic! The properties also close to multiple restaurants for breakfast. The rooms were spacious enough. The staff was polite and very accommodating. My sister joined me in my room for a few days, and the staff put an extra bed in the room to accommodate her. That was extremely helpful. The Housekeeping did a super job keeping the room clean and they were quick to respond with any requests we had. Pankaj and Sagar at the front desk we always polite and helpful. We truly had an excellent stay.
Disliked Nothing to complain about

Scored 8.0 out of 10 Very good value for money and close to MG road / Indranagar.
Liked Staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided me with a plug base so I can connect my phone charger to the room socket after I found out that Indian plug points are different from mine. Breakfast is mostly hot Indian cuisine with a Dosa + Omelette action station. I did not try to deserts/sweet items in the buffet. 20/10 for staff. Very helpful, Always smiling. From the 2 security uncles to front office, to breakfast staff and housekeeping.
Disliked My head would touch the hair dryer mounted on the wall when I am at the sink in the toilet. I am not sure if this is only in one particular room but i would have enjoyed better freedom at the sink. Bad design choice :(
