Disliked Slow service at restaurant. Especially lunch. Might want to offer a set-lunch as an option vs ala carte only

Liked Staff were very friendly and accommodating and always ready to help. I also liked that they had a hairdressers on the premises which was very useful.
Disliked The towels need to be cleaner or replaced as they looked quite old and worn out.

Liked Breakfast speed was good. Staff in the restaurant was very helpful. The dinner was also very tasty.
Disliked The layout of the room was bad - light points were behind the side table and not vey easily accessible. One side of the bed had no light points at all. In fact, the switch for the light right over the bed was 5 to 6 feet away near the window and could only be located after a search. Also there was a platform on that side of the bed so if the person sleeping that side was not careful, he or she could easily fall down. The pressure in the shower was very very poor.
