Liked Very good location, sweeping views of the city, comfortable beds, good desk arrangement in room. Great staff at hotel reception (Harsh & Bhavya). Adequate breakfast area, nice staff. Great spa treatment and nice little health club and cute pool. The staff at the health club/ spa were great too.
Disliked Rooms slightly tired. The hotel was booked up so there was no flexibility with times and rooms, prices were much higher than usual due to same reason.

Liked Great location and very helpful staff. The food is fantastic. They cater for Indian pallet so lots of great local food at breakfast and dinner/ lunch. Spa has a sauna and steam room- I had an amazing massage. Pool is small but nice addition. Comfy bed and quiet in room
Disliked They messed up my booking when I arrived. I wasn’t very happy about it. They did make sure they moved me to correct room the next day. But still. Not ok to give me the wrong room. The wooden floors in rooms means noise travels. Can hear next door alarm/ TV and phone. Bar lacks atmosphere .

Liked This hotel has a central location, very friendly staff (I was given a room upgrade free of charge) lovely pool and SPA aread and a great view across the city.
Disliked The breakfast room did not seem very clean, I also would have expected more cleanliness in the room (e.g. the carpet around the bed seemed a bit dirty).

Liked The breakfast was great although it wasn't really european style. the rooms were very quite comfortable and it was great to have a pool as well as spa and fitness room.
Disliked There was nothing which was really worse. In totals everything was satisfying and the service personal was always helpful.

Liked The staff was excellent, the rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The food was very good and the hotel was very flexible to accommodate requests.
Disliked The hygiene of the cutlery was poor. Cleaning needs to be monitored for plates and cups

Liked Great service and wonderful location. The staff at reception, F&B, and housekeeping were all wonderful. The reception staff were very very welcoming and very responsive despite us checking-in at 10:30pm esp Rachana and Kaini- they need to be appreciated. Checkout was also handled with utmost precision by Payal, Kaishee, Chirag. The breakfast spread was great- the food was delicious and fresh- the staff very attentive esp Girish, Arpana, Binita, Azim, Nitul. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall one of the best experiences.
