Liked Check-in was flawless, Komal quickly checked us in and gave us a detailed walk through of all the information that was needed for our stay. We were celebrating by 40th, they were kind to arrange for a cake and a hand written note. View from the 24th floor was exceptional. Staff was attentive and polite. Room amenities were world class and a very clean room. Breakfast buffet spread was elaborate. Yogesh, Dipu, Alan, Anurag & Ibanisha took really good care us of when we had breakfast there. Gym was great, new and modern equipment.

Liked I couldn't have asked for a better last-minute getaway. The Conrad is a truly posh hotel with comfortable rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Dinner at the on-site Japanese restaurant, Misuku, was a culinary delight. The ambiance is chic and the menu is inventive. When my original order was a little spicy for my taste, Chef Anup Singh kindly crafted a delicious alternative and offered some additional tastings to enjoy. The meal ended perfectly with an amazing dessert. Service throughout was impeccable, especially from Catherine, who was very friendly and attentive. The management team here clearly runs a tight ship—highly recommended.

Liked Staff were amazing. Especially Saina at the breakfast restaurant who was so lovely. Food at the hotel was very good and staff in general were so attentive and helpful. Really made all the difference that they gave us a late checkout.

Liked It was a great experience starting from the security to front office , restaurant staffs ( esp - Sania ) Chefs ( Chef Akash esp) and all the crew . The food was excellent with good spread.
