Liked Excellent breakfast at a great breakfast spot with both comfortable indoor seating and a lovely airy outdoor terrace. I also enjoyed the pool, and downstairs there's a very good coffee bar. The atmosphere is lively, the staff are friendly, and it's a great place to start the day.
Disliked I stayed here for quite a while, and occasionally they host club nights that can be quite loud and continue late into the evening. If you're looking for a quiet night's sleep, this can be a bit inconvenient.

Liked The breakfast was amazing, the facilities also amazing with very helful and nice staff, the rooms comfortable and new. Would definitely stay again here if I was in Bangalore
Disliked The rooms are a little small. The location is great but it can be caotic to come and go if there are traffic jams.

Liked The hotel is centrally located. The location is also very safe. A pro tip is to ask the staff at the reception during check-in if they have any room with City View. They were very nice, and really cooperative, and allotted me one. My mother was travelling with me, and she LOVES rooms with the City View, and I truly appreciated this gesture. The room was nice, and spacious. The bathroom was very clean. The housecleaning staff, Seeta, was very kind and helpful. Nidhi at the reception desk, Rudra and Jitu at the door, all were extremely kind, helpful and nice, and made both of us (my mother and I) feel like we were at home.
Disliked It seemed like the staff were overwhelmed during breakfast, that led to slower delivery of order, and as mentioned above, wrong order being delivered multiple times.
