Liked This is a great hotel. Clean, quality, affordable and (very imp for Bangalore) well located. It also has good food options, friendly service, and extras like a nice bar and spa. Nothing but good things to say, will be back.

Liked The room was large and clean with a lovely balcony. Comfortable beds and efficient air con. Good sized, efficient bathroom. The staff were all really friendly, helpful and hard working and we enjoyed the craft beers and lovely reasonably priced food that we ate sitting outside at night on the terrace surrounded by trees and plants. Excellent selection of breakfast items including bacon. We booked the hotel car to take us to Mysore and Oblish (hope that I’ve spelt that right) our driver really looked after us well. I wanted to get a Sim card and he went out of his way to help me get one. Even making himself late back to the hotel to try and get me sorted. Thank you again :) We hope to return to Bangalore and would definitely stay at this hotel.

Liked The room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, the room categorized as "Premium" did not feel as premium or spacious as I expected for that category. Regarding the staff, I found the restaurant and bar staff to be very courteous, professional, and helpful. On the other hand, the reception staff could have been a bit more friendly and welcoming. The hotel gym and spa are located in the underground level, which is convenient for guests looking to relax or work out during their stay. Food is an area where I feel there is room for improvement. The buffet breakfast and dinner featured a larger selection of North Indian dishes, while South Indian options were quite limited. There were also many salad items, but I felt the overall variety of main dishes could have been better. Overall, it was a good stay with a great location, comfortable accommodation, and excellent restaurant staff. With some improvements in food variety and front-desk hospitality, the experience could be even better. Recommended for travelers looking for a comfortable stay in a good location.

Liked Location is a big plus and enough parking available.
Disliked Rooms are really small and cramped for a 5-star hotel and the price. Restaurant is crowded and really difficult to find place during peak time for breakfast, the spread is also okay only and not up to the standards of a 5-star hotel. Gym and Spa are on a cramped basement, very unlike of a star hotel. For a room with terrace, the noise from the opposite pub is too disturbing,

Liked Beautiful hotel, excellent service, renovated rooms, great water pressure in the shower, lots of great tasting food options and outdoor space. The newly opened Italian was a surprise...perfect thin crust on our individual pies with A+ service. Shoutout to our server Pansy who had a beautiful smile the entire time. Also shoutout to Muskan at reception who assisted us during check-in/ check-out. The room was newly renovated with Italian marble everywhere. Very cool and trendy decor. Although they are not the largest rooms, the high style and cleanliness, make it a definite winner
Disliked The spa and gym were not accessible due to stair repairs. The bathroom would be tight for two, however I was travelling alone. No issues with the size of the shower.

Disliked The rooms are not soundproof as I could hear people talking in the lobby when I was in the room. While checking out there were no drivers to get the car from valet but there it was finally brought from valet but there was delay.
