Liked Location, ability to walk to main attractions, staff friendliness and training, flexibility around check-out times.
Disliked Rooms are dated, but prices are up there with newer properties. Restaurants need a facelift - chairs, tablecloth, dishes all need uplift. Same for towels in the room. Chairs in the room are not comfy to sit so during hot days there is no space to rest.

Liked We liked pretty much everything about this hotel. Huge breakfast spread, fine pastries, I just lacked the appetite to enjoy it.
Disliked I hope the check-in can be a little faster.

Liked The hotel is centrally located with an excellent view of Cubbon Park and Vidhana Soudha. As a local Bangalorean, I always wanted to stay at JW Marriot to experience the views of Cubbon Park and it didn't disappoint. We ordered Room service a few times and they were delicious every single time. We even asked them to make something soft for our kid and they were very courteous in doing so. They even waived off the charges for the kid's food.
Disliked A few things could have been better in my opinion. The hotel could do with a small kid's play area. We assumed that the hotel would have a play area but we were in for a disappointment. The pool is not heated, so it was practically unusable in Bangalore's winter. Overall there was not much for my kid to do at the hotel.

Liked It was the first time for my family and myself to stay at JW Marriott Bangalore and we look forward to coming back. The location was very convenient with great options for dining and shopping right next door at UB City Mall.
Disliked The various restaurants at JW Marriott were very enjoyable however, the in room dining menu was a bit limited.
