Liked The hotel is well-positioned in quiet Road off Lavelle Road & close to a lively area. The room was spacious and the staff helpful and courteous.
Disliked There are few frills but that was of little concern to us.

Disliked The pictures show more the times when the hotel has been rather opened. Still in a good shape, but you can feel that the time flies. Good price/value combo though.

Liked In a nice and convenient environment. Nice, modern building. Very welcoming staff. Tiled floor. Some kitchen facilities. Kettle.

Liked Location is Great. Many Coffee shops & restaurants are within 10 mins walk. So PEACEFUL LOCATION
Disliked When we got into the room , we could feel cigarette smoke smell. While check-in , they asked & made us to cancel the booking thro BOOKING.COM and book DIRECTLY with them. NOT A GOOD BUSINESS ETHIC. We booked a package for 3 guests for certain amount including extra bed . But they said extra bed charges will be extra & if we come directly means they would reduce the amount matching the original charge given by booking.com. Totally Bad Business Ethics. No breakfast. Very less number of rooms and guests. So felt unsafe slightly. Considering the bad business ethics, not recommended to book such hotels. Booking.com should filter such hotels so as to avoid inconvenience to their guests as well as for themselves.

Liked The location is great and the rooms are spacious and clean.
Disliked There is a kitchen in the room but no stove or cookware. Since the property doesn’t have any food and beverages service, and my room did come with a kitchen, it just makes more sense to add a cooking stove and some basic pans. Also the dustbins in the rooms are very small. Hardly enough for proper waste disposal

Liked The rooms are huge, perfect for a longer stay. The location is great, particularly if travelling for business. The property and room were very clean. I had an issue with the shower that they fixed straight away!
Disliked I had mixed feelings about the staff some of them were great, others a bit rude. But no big issues really. The WiFi isn’t great. I wish there was a restaurant or bar serving any food. The bed mattress could be softer, it’s quite on the hard side.

Liked Small hotel on one floor. Great location and easy check in - staff were responsive to our requests. Water provided daily and microwave is a nice touch.
Disliked Could do with a little updating in the rooms. The seating area outside the rooms for guests to sit can cause some noise into the rooms nearby. Room could do with a good deep clean but manageable.
