Liked Brilliant location. With excellent staff and service. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The food was quite decent too. Over all fantastic value for the price paid. Definitely looking at staying here again.

Liked I have been staying at this hotel for the past 10 to 12 years and the quality of service has remained the same. Great breakfast buffet and now they have added weekly Wednesday evening social gatherings hosted by the hotel manager. It’s a great way to mingle with other international travelers.
Disliked I am having a hard time to come up with something.

Disliked This is not the hotel's fault but there was very loud guests on my floor. After I made a noise complaint they dealt with it immediately.

Liked Hands down one of the best value-for-money stays in the city! The rooms were sparkling clean, and the central location is completely unbeatable. What truly stood out was the hospitality—despite my 12 a.m. check-in, the team was extraordinarily helpful and genuinely kind. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Disliked The TV Channels were limited which was not that surprising though, Hahahaha...

Liked The hotel and our room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts and other meals were absolutely delicious with a huge variety of choices. The location is fairly central. We’d stay here again for sure!

Liked Our stay at St. Marks Hotel was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with warmth and genuine courtesy, making the whole experience effortless and welcoming. The children absolutely loved it — the hotel’s family-friendly vibe and little thoughtful touches kept them happily entertained throughout our visit. The highlight, however, was the food: every meal felt exceptional, with flavours that were genuinely mesmerising and memorable. As a delightful surprise, the complimentary cakes and pastries were top-notch — a delicious cherry on top of an already fantastic stay. We left feeling relaxed and very well looked after; highly recommended for families and food lovers alike.
