Liked Simply summed up in one word - EVERYTHING Yes because everything is perfectly personalised to the guest's preferences. Large well appointed rooms with luxurious amenities. Extensive choice of restaurants with dedicated ladies and gentlemen serving scrumptious dishes. Super Spa facilities and treatments Top-notch Concierge services - nothing is impossible for Mr Punjab and his team to achieve.

Liked Fantastic rooms , very luxurious and and impeccably well done with the design and architecture in the rooms and the hotel. Amazing SPA facilities with a nice pool and amazing wet facilities. All the housekeeping and resturant staff at breakfast are all excellent and were very attentive to our needs at all times. We were well taken care of all the time. The bathroom is beautifully designed and the bath salts were a nice touch! I will definitely stay here again.
Disliked The staff at reception can be a little more friendly and courteous during check-in and check-out I have stayed at many Ritz Carlton around the world and it's the first time I saw the check-in and check out process was not a pleasant one. I specifically instructed the check-in staff that I would like the deposit hold amount to be on a specific credit card and then during checkout I would like to use another credit card to make the actual payment and then I had decided to extend my stay for another day and the receptionist closed the booking and settled the bill with the card that was used as the hold card. I find it very inconvenient that everytime you leave the hotel and come back in you need to pass through a metal detector and have to keep x-raying your belongings. The toiletries can be improved for the standard of Ritz Carlton.

Liked The room was comfortable, quiet and a perfect temperature. Having the light switches conveniently placed and labelled was a small thing but made a big difference. The staff were incredibly attentive. I particularly appreciated all the warmth and kindness of the concierge Sangjit. The breakfast was wonderful Vamsi our waiter was wonderful and introduced me to a number of delicious south Indian cuisine prepared by the brilliant chef Murugesan who came out to talk to me. He cooked a set of 5 small dosas so I could try these with different chutneys. They were absolutely delicious. I wish I could have another breakfast there.
Disliked If I was being picky the pool was somewhat narrower than it looked in the photo but really this is splitting hairs. The hotel is definitely 5*
