From the moment you enter its driveway, there is an unmistakable sense that you are somewhere truly special. Every interaction reflects a culture of excellence, where hospitality isn’t simply a service—it’s an art. What impressed us most was the people. The concierge anticipated our needs before we asked, reception welcomed us with genuine warmth, the food and beverage team delivered impeccable service, and the housekeeping staff maintained the highest standards with quiet grace and remarkable attention to detail. Every member of the team carried themselves with pride, professionalism and kindness. It is incredibly rare to find a hotel where excellence is so consistent across every department. The Oberoi doesn’t just meet expectations—it effortlessly exceeds them. Without hesitation, I would return in a heartbeat. Liked Everything about the hotel was exceptional! My sister and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The entire hotel team was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, and they made us feel so comfortable throughout our visit. A special thank you to our host, Minakshi, who assisted us with such genuine care and kindness. We really appreciated her thoughtful service. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would be happy to stay here again!
